During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You undertake to maintain and update this information as necessary to ensure its accuracy at all times.

KYC Documentation. To activate full Account privileges — including the ability to make withdrawals — vl777 requires the following:

• One (1) government-issued Philippine photo identification document (driver's licence, passport, or UMID card).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days) where required.

Where an Account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, vl777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method unless it is subject to an ongoing compliance investigation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vl777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, framed, reverse-engineered, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of vl777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vl777 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss, damage, cost, or expense — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special — arising from or in connection with:
